The objective of this workpackage is to identify, specify and validate security and dependability patterns at the level of workflows.
An initial set of S&D patterns, expressed in natural language, will be developed by the end of 2006. Then, patterns will go through a continuous iterative review and enhancement process leading to a comprehensive set of S&D patterns for workflows at the end of the project. First, the initial set of S&D patterns will be reviewed, enhanced and translated into the pattern specification language. This process will result in an extended set of patterns. This set will continuously evolve through the end of the project.
