The objective of this work package will be to establish the outlines of the commercial exploitation of the project results. Based on the market analysis performed in WP8.1 and the Open Source considerations in WP8.3 and supported by the dissemination actions achieved in WP8.2, the activity in WP8.4 must be focussed on the study of the exploitation aspects such us the identification of the exploitable results, the establishment of exploitation policy (signature of exploitation agreement), and the elaboration of preliminary Business Plan.

This comprises of the exploitation agreement between the SERENITY partners regarding
project results.

This draft plan will define different business models for the exploitation of the products developed and will specify the consortium plan aiming at the commercial exploitation of the SERENITY project’s results in a pan-European scale.
